The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or affordable housing. This role will oversee corporate, property, and development accounting while leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for corporate, property, and development projects
• Manage construction draws, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Direct monthly/quarterly reporting and annual audits
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years accounting experience, with leadership background
• Experience in real estate or multifamily housing accounting
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 programs a plus
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Sage, or similar systems
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
