Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive full cycle accounting experience.
• Must have commercial real estate experience.
• CPA, public accounting, and MRI experience preferred.
• Management experience – will oversee managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle accounting for a CRE portfolio of 15–20 properties.
• Lead and manage a growing accounting team including managers and staff.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with real estate leadership to drive financial strategy and performance.
