Brand Apart is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead both Account Management and Project Management, unifying two teams around rigorous client delivery. The DAM will personally manage select senior client relationships and drive delivery with calm authority and strategic vision.

You will set standards for client engagement, workflows, and budgets, partnering with vertical leads to ensure projects ship on time, on budget, and in line with Brand Apart's high standards of craft.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead Account Management and Project Management teams.
• Proven client gravitas with senior-level relationships.
• Strong understanding of agency processes from brief to launch.
• Experience building standards for timelines, budgets, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Apart's Account Management and Project Management teams and set standards.
• Own select senior client relationships as the senior account lead.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and delivery quality across projects.
• Align client needs with realistic scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pitches for new opportunities.
• Manage workflow and resourcing across both teams.
