Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC, managing Cincinnati Job Corps Center, seeks an experienced administrator to direct academic training and ensure program standards meet requirements. You will lead instructors, manage staff, and drive student achievement across literacy, numeracy, and credential attainment.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting acumen, and the ability to collaborate with center leadership. Evening/weekend availability and some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum three years teaching with one-year supervisor experience preferred.
• Above average public speaking skills and written/verbal abilities.
• Ability to travel periodically and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff engaged in providing academic training.
• Trains, assigns, manages, and evaluates academic program staff.
• Ensures attendance and accountability of students assigned to instruction.
• Conducts and documents classroom observations.
• Promotes literacy/numeracy gains, GED/HSD credential, and Driver’s Licenses.
• Prepares and controls budget with Administration Manager.
• Keeps records on student progress and attendance.
• Ensures program quality and staff collaboration with leadership.
