Grand Canyon University seeks a Director of Nursing Services for its Reno ABSN site to lead operational management across clinical, lab, and simulation activities. You will partner with university and health care partners to deliver high-quality student experiences and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

The role requires a Doctorate, Nevada RN licensure, and a track record of nursing leadership and teaching excellence at the baccalaureate level or higher.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing practice with accountability for outcomes.
• Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience including supervision of personnel.
• Minimum 2 years teaching (clinical) at the baccalaureate level or higher.
• Online teaching experience and academic leadership experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Nevada; NLN educator certification preferred.

The Director of Nursing Services is accountable for providing leadership and management of the hybrid accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) learning site in collaboration with the university and health care partner(s).
