Expected pay for this position is $62.64 - $83.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Nursing Operations coordinates the overall management of specified nursing units to include planning (staff, space, supplies and equipment), directing and evaluating of patient care by effective and efficient utilization of all resources.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelors
  • License/Certifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
  • Experience: 5 years experience as an RN

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Masters of Science in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience: 2 years experience managing a nursing department that includes planning and budgeting
