Job summary

SCA Health seeks a.Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of nursing care in the facility and serve as a department lead for a Single Specialty Pain Management ASC. The successful candidate will guide clinical operations and ensure compliance with physician instructions and facility policies.

The role requires an RN with nursing leadership experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 90 days of employment or verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician and facility policies.
• Demonstrate respect for coworkers and leadership; foster positive inter-department relationships.
• Direct others clearly to promote efficiency in clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required, a bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
