Base pay range

$104,700.00/yr - $130,700.00/yr

Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing is responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery in the facility. They will oversee the OR, Preop, and PACU departments, and be responsible for quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and staff education. The successful candidate will:

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met according to physician instructions and facility policies.
• Demonstrate respect for co-workers and leadership, developing positive working relationships within departments.
• Provide clear, concise direction to promote efficiency across clinical areas.
• Recognize legal and policy limits and individual practice boundaries.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
