The Director, Patient Care Services - Acute Care is responsible for the coordination of the delivery of high-quality services which meets or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinates the development, marketing, and strategic planning of new and existing services across multiple hospitals. Contributes to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and divisional goals. Sets the vision and culture, builds ownership and process improvement for sustainable value-added services. Provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. This role will have oversight of Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac Telemetry, Telemetry Suites. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred) 5 years Healthcare Leadership (Required) 5 years Clinical Leadership (Required) Certification/Licensure Active RN license in state of practice or compact/multi state license (Required) Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
