Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for the NPI team.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple projects and programs, ensuring resources are allocated and milestones met.
• Engages with product managers, engineering, supply chain and services teams to communicate status and guide decisions.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, setting expectations on deliverables, quality, schedules, and costs.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, performance plans, coaching and development.
