ABOUT US

CfC is a 16-year-old organization that has engaged with nearly 130 projects. We are a global construction management nonprofit specializing in owner’s representation. Our NGO clients provide life-improving services, but require better social infrastructure facilities to realize their work’s full impact. Unfortunately, capital projects, like the construction or renovation of a building, present a significant risk to organization and programming. As owner’s representatives, we manage this risk, including budgets, project schedules and relationships, with general contractors, architects, municipal and financial authorities.

Construction for Change is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, or status as a protected class under applicable federal, state, or local law.
