The Ceribell System is a novel, point‑of‑care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting. It is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities, and major IDN's across the country. Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through rapid seizure detection technology.
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results‑driven Director for our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for designing, overseeing, and scaling the overarching launch strategy for new features, product extensions, and additional indications to ensure successful commercial adoption and long‑term customer success. The director collaborates closely with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize market impact and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid or remote position with some mandatory travel (1‑2 weeks per month).
$211,000—$241,000 USD. Final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location and experience, and may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
