The Director of New Patient Onboarding is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing the objective of multi-entity referral capture and new patient onboarding. Ensuring new customers enter the best channel and curating an exceptional customer experience is our highest business priority.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a best-in-class new patient ordering experience, from capture to conversion.
Establish functional requirements to ensure referral capture and triage across a multi-entity multi-channel organization (DME, Pharmacy, Cash)
Create and evolve Omnichannel value proposition in collaboration with marketing and sales to ensure optimal commercialization
Utilize deep understanding and consideration for experiential influencers that may determine best channel by referral including but not limited to Payor, Product and Pricing, establish a process to effectively execute the experience
Partner with IT to establish tech stack and define manual and automated requirements
Establish KPI’s and dashboards in partnership with Marketing, Operations and Business Intelligence and Analytics
Attracts diverse talent and provides individuals development opportunities to expand their capabilities and impact
Confidently lead through ambiguous situations and helps others manage and navigate change
Encourage sharing of ideas and best practices to enable problem solving and continuous improvement.
Stays attuned with changes and new developments in our market and anticipates trends that will impact our Omnichannel and New Patient Onboarding strategy
Drives adoption of new technologies and processes to facilitate efficient and effective customer communication and outcomes.
Qualifications
6+ years of customer service, operations, insurance, reimbursement and/or account management experience in healthcare preferred
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)experience is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
Prefer understanding and prior experience with the development and implementation of at least one of the following: Referral Capture, Co-Pay, Access/HUB, Prior Authorization, Patient On-Boarding
Previous personnel/team management, including a high preference for managing managers
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills for both in-office and remote staff; organized and self-motivated
High attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Understanding of the healthcare reimbursement and managed care
Excellent planning, budget forecasting, and presentation skills
Ability to work remotely from home/field requires a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.
Anticipated salary range: $105,500 – $167,500
