Job description

This is a remote position and can be located throughout the US.

Position Purpose: Direct multiple business implementation teams simultaneously; and advise the company on standard implementation models, tools and processes. Develop, integrate and operationalize a product, service, subsidiary or health plan into the corporation.

  • Serve as the primary D-SNP implementation leader and point of accountability for assigned state markets.
  • Work collaboratively across the broader D-SNP Implementation team through market status updates, sharing of key risks or concerns, mitigation and solution collaboration, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of CMS and state-specific D-SNP requirements, including MMP transitions, LTSS coordination, and integration with Medicaid services.
  • Participate in the development of business implementation strategies including identification and engagement of key resources to support projects.
  • Lead internal interdisciplinary teams covering all essential functions during the implementation phase.
  • Provide leadership and oversight in the development of integrated project work plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Identify, assess and resolve implementation issues across functional areas.
  • Oversee the successful transition of executed projects to long term ownership
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard models and tools for the implementation approach.
  • Provide input into operating models, standard corporate functional and information system models, performance metrics, expected outcomes and plan impacts
  • Maintain standard implementation organizational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control and executive reports.
  • Oversee and direct the efforts of other departmental resources assigned to support the business implementation project.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a business related field. Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of health plan experience in multiple areas of operations (claims, provider/member services, medical management, network/IT, etc) or experience leading a cross functional team in implementation of a new, start-up business, business function or integration of an acquired business, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience with project management, including use and understanding of project management methodologies and tools (i.e., integrated schedules, work breakdown structures, risk management, executive/scorecard reporting, project budgeting, project staffing, issue management and change control). Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
