Qualifications

• SIE license required or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA).
• Series 99 license required, or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA).
• General management experience with 10–15 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large, multi-level organization through a team of managers and supervisors.
• Develop and deliver operational plans and outcomes for a significant portion of the business.
• Communicate strategy and motivate teams to align with mission, vision, and values.
