Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a physician-leader to direct a Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Center of Excellence. You will oversee an integrated care model spanning clinical care, research, education, and community outreach, while maintaining an active neurodevelopmental clinic.

The role focuses on strategic development, program integration, and partnerships with physicians, researchers, educators, and state agencies to provide family-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency/fellowship training.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities or related pediatrics.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Nebraska.
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years as a practicing NDD physician.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an active clinical practice focused on neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Develops and implements the strategic vision for the Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Center of Excellence.
• Develops an integrated clinical model across developmental medicine, neuroscience, behavioral health, genetics, rehabilitation, and therapies.
• Leads partnerships across Boys Town National Research Hospital to leverage institutional expertise.
• Addresses conditions including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, learning disabilities, and complex behavioral disorders.
