Job summary

Boys Town seeks an MD/DO leader to establish and oversee a national Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Center of Excellence for children and adolescents. You will integrate clinical care with research, education, and community outreach while maintaining an active clinical practice.

The role requires strategic vision, multidisciplinary team leadership, and the ability to build partnerships across hospitals, schools, and state agencies to deliver family-centered care and innovative therapeutics.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Nebraska license eligibility.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency.
• Board cert or eligibility in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities/Child Neurology/Developmental Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an active clinical practice focused on neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Develops and implement the strategic vision for the Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Center of Excellence under senior leadership.
• Develops an integrated clinical model spanning developmental medicine, neuroscience, behavioral health, genetics, rehabilitation, and therapy services.
• Develops partnerships across Boys Town National Research Hospital to leverage institutional expertise.
• Leads development and integration of programs addressing autism, intellectual disability, global developmental delay, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and related conditions.
• Promotes integration of clinical research into the Center's mission and uses data-driven quality improvement.
