Job summary

SES Space & Defense seeks a senior business development leader to drive end-to-end growth across U.S. national security space customers, shaping mission requirements and expanding profitable contracts.

You will coordinate with intelligence and government stakeholders to capture opportunities and manage a strategic pipeline. This hybrid role is based in Reston, VA or Tampa, FL; incumbents must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance and travel up to 30% to engage end-users and partners in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Currently possesses and be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Northern VA or Washington DC area.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end BD and growth across U.S. national security space customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with intelligence and government stakeholders to understand mission requirements.
• Create and manage capture plans and support proposals in response to government procurements.
• Lead teams to forecast in CRM and align with revenue targets.
• Travel up to 30% to engage government end-users and partners.
