Qualifikationen

• 4 year degree.
• 12 years of professional experience.
• CPA, Law License/JD, or EA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, law or related field; JD/LLM or CPA preferred; 10+ years in partnership taxation.
• Strong client service mindset and continuous learning.
• Excellent tax technical research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Aufgaben

• Outreach and engagement with professionals in the tax service line is a high priority.
• Conduct in-depth technical research and analysis of complex partnership tax matters and lead consultations with other professionals.
• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, guidance, case law to develop sound positions and recommendations.
• Monitor new tax legislation and assess impact on clients and the firm’s tax practice.
• Serve as a national technical resource, collaborating with practice leaders and client-facing teams.
• Develop relationships internally and externally to promote collaboration.
• Author and review internal/external tax alerts, updates, articles and presentations.
• Develop and deliver technical training to share knowledge across the firm.
