Job summary

RoboStrategy seeks a Director of National Accounts to own relationships with broker-dealer home offices, platform research teams, RIA aggregators, and model-menu providers. You will drive approvals, placements, and negotiated agreements to expand access to thousands of advisors across platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in national accounts with established gatekeeper ties, deep diligence knowledge, and a credible track record with publicly traded funds.

Qualifications

• Verifiable record of platform wins at another fund: approvals, recommended-list additions, and model placements you personally drove.

Responsibilities

• Own platform relationships with home-office research and product teams at wirehouses, broker-dealers, and regional firms.
• Secure approvals and placements through diligence questionnaires, data requests, committee presentations, and model placements.
• Negotiate distribution, servicing, and data agreements with platforms.
• Cover RIA aggregators and TAMPs whose menus direct advisor allocations at scale.
• Coordinate with distribution colleagues so each platform approval is followed by advisor-level engagement.
• Maintain reporting on the approval pipeline by firm and stage, placements secured, and flows by platform.
