Job summary

ADM seeks a Director of Occupational Health & Medical Management to lead North America case management for injuries and illnesses, oversee clinic operations, and drive program improvements ensuring regulatory compliance. This role reports on occupational health metrics and partners with EHS, Operations, and external providers.

The position requires extensive occupational health experience (7+ years), strong leadership, and a proven ability to implement health programs across multiple locations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of occupational health experience.
• 3+ years of managing workers' compensation claims.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA occupational injury/illness case management.
• Oversee occupational health clinics across North America.
• Develop and improve occupational health programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS and Operations to integrate health principles into safety.
