• Experience in strategy, governance, deployment roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Financial acumen with ability to validate savings and productivity gains.
• Experience driving cultural change and deploying operating systems across sites.
• Lean Six Sigma Black/Master Black certification or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the North America CI strategy, roadmap, and deployment priorities.
• Lead regional CI governance, portfolio reviews, and executive updates.
• Partner with executives to allocate resources to high-value opportunities.
• Oversee CI portfolio alignment with financial commitments and risk reduction.
• Escalate barriers and risks with clear countermeasures.
• Define CI competency expectations and development paths for leaders.
• Build regional CI talent through skill gap analysis and leadership development.
