Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent with extensive industry experience in drug discovery and translational research.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary biomarker and multiomics teams.
- Strong track record in immunoassays, omics, translational medicine, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Multiomic Sciences group and shape site strategy.
- Develop and execute group objectives, budgets, and resource plans.
- Drive innovation in biomarker technologies and AI-enabled analytics.
- Partner with TA leaders to inform go/no-go decisions and portfolio priorities.
- Represent the organization as a scientific leader in biomarker and multiomics.
