Job summary

Peraton seeks a senior leader to drive the Systems Engineering, C2, and Networks Architect portfolio within the Corporate Growth, Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions team. You will guide strategy through proposal lifecycle, shaping mission systems engineering offerings for defense applications.

You will work with capture teams, sector CTOs, and SMEs to develop discriminators, narratives, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

16+ years of industry experience.
Deep expertise in systems engineering aligned to INCOSE/DoD frameworks.
MBSE with Cameo, Rhapsody, or MATLAB/Simulink for mission systems.
Experience designing and integrating C4ISR systems.
Interoperability standards and data links (Link 16).
Real-time/embedded systems for mission-critical apps.
Digital engineering practices across defense programs.
Experience with federal government customers in contractor environments.
Proven capture/proposal contribution for competitive bids.
Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise portfolio for mission systems engineering and C2/defense applications from strategy through execution.
Shape solutions with capture teams and SMEs.
Develop technical discriminators, narratives, and competitive materials.
Design scalable mission engineering services and frameworks.
Identify capability gaps and market trends to differentiate portfolio.
Author white papers and solution artifacts for customer engagements.
Translate opportunities into differentiated service offerings with stakeholders.
Drive architecture of services, with sales assets and cost models.
Present strategies and roadmaps to customers and leadership.
Engage with customers and partners to stay ahead of evolving requirements.
