Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Background in aircraft, aerospace, manufacturing, quality, program management, engineering, or business management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership, management, or team lead experience.
• Active US Clearance (Secret or higher).

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor mission assurance program specs and processes for program success.
• Assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability per requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean, Six Sigma, and best practices across products and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with mission assurance programs and guidelines.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and governmental requirements to ensure compliance.
• Foster an inclusive, motivated work culture and strong team leadership.
• Oversee factory accountability and foreign object elimination practices.
• Review trends and misses to drive improvements in performance.
• Standardize root cause/corrective action efforts to resolve quality issues.
