Henkel is seeking a Business Director for Metal Packaging within the Adhesive Technologies unit. The role focuses on leadership of near-term planning, pricing, profitability, and go-to-market execution.

You will drive financial performance, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency while building key customer relationships across multiple US locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and a proven track record in commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the segment.
• Oversee financial performance, costs, and forecasting; implement pricing and portfolio management initiatives.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and customer relationships; manage supply chain efficiency.
• Deliver segment financial performance and manage day-to-day operations.
• Drive innovation pipeline and KSIs; coordinate with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM.
