Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in Medicaid Managed Care, particularly in sales or outreach role.
• Minimum 3 years management/supervisory experience.
• Exceptional networking and negotiations skills, as well as strong public speaking/presentations skills.
• Ability to influence or persuade senior level leaders regarding organizational matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction across Medicaid lines.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align retention initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Establish and review performance metrics to ensure health plans meet retention targets.
• Communicate with Molina departments to ensure policies and programs support retention goals.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives to boost member retention across plans.
