A leading company in biopharmaceuticals is seeking a Director for Medical Strategy. This key role involves driving Medical Affairs strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and managing high-performing professionals in the oncology field. The position may be fully remote and requires occasional travel for key meetings.

The Director, Medical Strategy will be a key leader within the Medical Affairs team, responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of core Medical Affairs deliverables supporting the development and commercialization of OJEMDATM. This individual will lead core Medical Affairs initiatives and deliverables aligned with the overarching Medical Affairs strategy. This leader will also sit on the OJEMDATM brand team, serving as a key liaison across functions to ensure alignment on core deliverables and contribute to brand planning. This position reports to the Vice President, Medical Affairs.
This position has the potential to be fully remote. Travel will be required (up to 20-30%) for medical conferences and in-person meetings.

The salary range for this position is $230,000 - $250,000. Day One considers a range of factors when determining base compensation. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
