Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead as the clinical consultant and subject matter expert for assigned clients, guiding medical pharmacy and specialty programs.
• Partner with account management and business development to support client retention and growth opportunities.
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies using data-driven insights and program design.
• Evaluate therapies, market trends, and drug management opportunities to improve outcomes and value.
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs including prior authorizations and post-service edits.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and propose new solutions for evolving needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and operations.
• Develop client-facing clinical materials and strategic content for publications.
• Represent the organization as a clinical expert in industry engagements and conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
