Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own the financial, operational, and regulatory infrastructure behind our Medicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. You will ensure accuracy, audit-ready reporting, and robust processes that support high-quality care delivery across Georgia.

You’ll work with clinical leadership and program managers to balance compliance, performance metrics, and resource allocation, maintaining accountability and driving

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration or healthcare administration.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA or MHA).
• 5+ years of healthcare management and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of Medicaid waiver programs and managed care principles.
• Proficiency in budgeting and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support program growth and service excellence.
• Own KPI reporting end-to-end and explain movements in metrics.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis to support case management operations.
• Oversee audits, risk mitigation, and policy development to ensure compliance.
