Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for the Medicaid business aligned with Mass General Brigham priorities.
• Oversee Medicaid product development and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance metrics including medical cost trends and quality incentives.
• Collaborate with MassHealth, provider partners, and internal departments to optimize ACO performance.
• Present reports on performance trends and risks to leadership.
