• Develops and implements communication strategies to support organizational goals.
• Handles internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged.
• Creates and manages quality content for multiple channels.
• Plans and coordinates events, including press conferences and community outreach.
• Leads development/fundraising communications review and approvals.
• Identifies and develops new storytelling channels to engage the public and media.
• Monitors health system developments and communicates accordingly.
• Leads and mentors the communication team and ensures regulatory compliance.
