Qualifications

• 10+ years in a management role within media.
• 5+ years in Media Linear Broadcast or Non-Linear distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, project planning, or media.
• Proven success with capacity planning and forecasting.
• Experience overseeing a team or teams.
• Ability to implement new tools and statistics for metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Tech Delivery and Partners to measure sales requests against capacity.
• Use Power BI to present forecasted and actual data to senior management.
• Create and share capacity plans, forecasts, and reports.
• Track status across resources to ensure progress and transparent updates.
• Lead conversations with external teams to represent capacity interests.
• Train teams on company tools to promote self-serve information.
