Flywheel is seeking a Director of Measurement & Analytics to lead client engagements, design analytics frameworks, and drive data-driven strategies for top brands. You will partner with senior leaders across the Commerce Intelligence team to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.

You will mentor analysts, evolve methodologies, and stay ahead of industry trends to support growth and client success within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years’ experience with direct-to-consumer/eCommerce reporting, insights and analysis.
• Strong data manipulation, visualizations and dashboarding using BI tools.
• Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or DOMO.
• Agency or client-side consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of client projects and engagements with actionable insights.
• Plan and implement analytical frameworks, measurement strategies and reporting in BI tools.
• Provide strategy recommendations, statistical modelling and test-and-learn frameworks.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics add value.
• Respond to client requests for proposals and present capabilities.
• Lead, grow and mentor analytics team and foster collaboration.
• Stay informed on industry trends and improve analytics approaches.
• Support strategic vision and growth initiatives in M&A consulting.
