Job description

Position Summary: As the MDM Practice Lead at Chryselys, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our MDM and data management practice within the pharmaceutical industry. You will oversee client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and develop our capabilities. Your expertise in pharmaceutical data management, industry knowledge, and leadership skills will be critical in shaping our services and offerings.

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Data and MDM strategy and implementation:
    • Lead data strategy and implementation for Data Management and MDM solutions, leveraging industry-standard datasets such as IQVIA Symphony for US and other regions like EU.
    • Design and implement pharma Datawarehouse/Data Lake solutions with MDM capabilities in platforms like Reltio, at a global level.
    • Extensive experience in Master Data and Data Quality solutions.
    • Utilize AWS native services for data transformation and integrations, including Mulesoft.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored data management solutions addressing their challenges.
    • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure successful, on-time project delivery adhering to quality standards.
  3. Thought Leadership:
    • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and data management practices; share knowledge within the team and with clients.
    • Provide market insights and identify emerging technologies for client leverage.
    • Demonstrate extensive experience with leading tools such as Reltio and Mulesoft in engagement leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial data management, with a proven consulting track record.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, regulations, and compliance.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in building high-performance teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Business acumen to drive revenue and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, CDMP.
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with cloud data solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical industry.
