You will lead a cross-functional team, define integration patterns, and ensure compliance and performance across the digital ecosystem.

The role focuses on building an internal capability, managing vendor relationships, and delivering personalized experiences at scale for guests and brands

Qualifications

• 10+ years in martech/digital marketing tech with leadership in platform projects.
• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA).
• Proven ability to scale martech platforms and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Martech Platform roadmap aligned with personalization and cross-channel content reuse.
• Lead solution architecture and ensure governance, security, and privacy across the stack.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver platform-enabled personalization at scale.
