The Director, Marketplace - Seller Management is key in executing digital growth strategies and leads a team focused on increasing Gross Merchandise Value sales for the digital marketplace. This role provides strategic advice and partnership to third-party sellers in the home improvement category, fostering relationships and accelerating program adoption. The Director develops an inclusive environment for account managers, builds relationships with internal stakeholders, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and seller partners to optimize marketplace items and drive conversion.
