What You Will Do
  • Hire and manage a team responsible for accounts across key categories to drive seller revenue growth. Coach the team in consultative selling, communication, problem-solving, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop business plans, understand seller goals, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business development for onboarding new strategic sellers, setting targets, and improving offer quality and discoverability.
  • Promote platform capabilities and new seller services, attending trade shows and external events to generate opportunities.
  • Gather seller feedback to improve the platform and experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coach and develop team members, promote talent, and ensure results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 10+ years in business management, supply chain, ecommerce, marketing, omnichannel, or merchandising
  • 6+ years in seller management, digital merchandising, or related areas
  • 6+ years leading cross-functional projects
  • 5+ years leading and scaling large teams
