Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product management, marketplace strategy, risk and safety, fintech, or a systems‑intensive environment.
• Owned a high‑stakes risk, policy, or decisioning system with meaningful customer and financial impact.
• Proven success designing or scaling decision systems that influence behavior.
• Exceptional analytical and economic judgment for incentives, risk, and expected value.
• Strong product and systems thinking integrating models, rules, policies, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term strategy and roadmap for Marketplace Policy across StubHub.
• Establish frameworks for balancing buyer outcomes, seller outcomes, growth, risk, and P&L.
• Define metrics and success criteria for policy decisions and system performance.
• Build senior‑level alignment on approaches to marketplace risk across functions.
• Develop a coherent, data‑driven decision architecture powering policy decisions.
