About the Role
Triyam is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing department. Based in the U.S., this role will oversee a team of 4-5 marketing professionals located in India. The Marketing Director will play a key role in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts through strategic and effective marketing initiatives.

Salary: 125,000-145,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a global team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • RFP Management: Guide and manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and guide future strategies.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry tradeshows and events to enhance brand presence and foster business opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts to attract and nurture leads.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to keep Triyam at the forefront of the sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and RFP management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
