Overview
Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Director of Marketing Technologies & Operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will drive our marketing technology and operations initiatives with a focus on harnessing advanced digital tools and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing Technology:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that integrates digital innovation and best-in-class technology tools. Use insights and advanced analytics, including AI-driven techniques, to optimize targeting and personalize customer experiences.
- Digital Demand Generation: Design and implement processes to support multi-channel demand generation campaigns that effectively target key audiences. Employ state-of-the-art digital platforms and emerging technologies for predictive analytics, and automated customer journeys. Train the team on best practices and support the execution of their tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with IT, product management, and analytics teams to translate technology trends and market insights into actionable marketing strategies. Utilize AI insights as one of several tools to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance campaign performance.
- Operational Excellence: Support the planning and execution of an annual marketing calendar aligned with strategic goals and milestones. Maintain agility to adjust initiatives based on real-time data and market feedback, ensuring optimal impact across all campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (including systems with AI capabilities) to measure campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to the leadership team. Ensure that decision-making is informed by robust data analysis.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) or Marketing (Bachelor's degree)
- Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in people management.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in field.
- A track record of integrating, managing and reporting on marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft products.
- Metrics-driven decision-making to analyze results and refine strategies for optimal impact.
- Expertise in collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, demand generation and sales enablement strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Additional Information
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $142,000 - $180,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
