The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall strategy and planning as it relates to the overall brand goals, driving brand awareness, fan engagement and global sales for the iconic plush property, Squishmallows. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this experienced leader will manage a team of Marketing Managers and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with internal Brand, PR, Sales and International teams, as well as external agency partners. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and creative marketer with experience in creative development and production, large-scale events and brand activations, influencer campaigns, e-commerce and digital media/OOH marketing. In this role, you will work alongside the Marketing Director, Social Media & Partnerships for Squishmallows, to ensure cohesive planning and execution across all marketing touchpoints. The Director of Marketing must be highly-collaborative, passionate and capable of delivering best-in-class campaigns across the brand and it's line extensions.

What We Offer:

The salary range for this position is $128,000- $150,000/Yr. Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, location. Eligibility for annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
