The Director of Marketing Effectiveness & Measurement owns the design, build, and operation of next-generation measurement capabilities that quantify true marketing impact and directly drive investment decisions. This role is accountable for standing up and scaling a next generation enterprise measurement system grounded in causality, incrementality, and continuous optimization-moving the organization from analyzing performance to actively improving it.
This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to establish the measurement frameworks, operating model, and talent required to support current demand while building a future-state capability. The role defines how marketing value is measured, validated, and acted upon across channels, campaigns, and customer segments-ensuring every marketing dollar is guided by defensible evidence and continuously optimized to maximize ROI and growth.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $158,800.00 to $238,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
