About our Team

This role is within the Fraud & Identity Market Planning team, responsible for leading and driving product strategy, customer migrations and new acquisition integrations initiatives.

About the Role

As part of the Global Customer Segments Team within Fraud & Identity Market Planning, this position within the North American Market (NAM) will focus on growth for US mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Works with cross-functional organizations to coordinate the strategic and tactical direction for fraud & identity mid-market accounts and provides regional competitive intelligence.
  • Identifies regional market and regulatory requirements for Fraud & Identity solutions.
  • Understands customer needs around Fraud & Identity to address all aspects of the customer journey, including coordination of regional customer roundtables and voice of customer activities.
  • Able to identify customer needs, including messaging to mid-market customers and adjustments to pricing based on regional trends.
  • Proactively identifies key solution delivery requirements for fraud and identity solutions and coordinates with marketing and sales teams on delivery approach and go to market activities.
  • Ensures the proper execution of strategy by facilitating communication and alignment with Marketing and Sales teams for key accounts and provides in-region feedback on market urgency and timing.
  • Identify use cases and coordinate case studies with Marketing to illustrate successful examples and drive Fraud & Identity regional thought leadership.
  • Accountable for adoption and regional revenue management.

Requirements

  • Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement.
  • Requires a minimum of 5+ years related technical and professional experience.
  • Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, organizational assessment, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a cross functional organization and experience developing strategic product roadmaps.

Benefits and Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $116,000 - $215,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
