Ladders is seeking a Director, Market Growth Strategy for Molecule to Market (CMC). This remote role drives go-to-market strategy for a scientific software and data platform serving the CMC community across pharma, biotech, and CDMO environments.

You will translate technical and regulatory challenges into market messaging, sales enablement content, and strategic conversations, partnering with CMC leaders to support growth and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences with hands-on CMC experience in pharma, biotech, or CDMO settings.
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing and business case development.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of CMC processes, including regulatory filings and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI and data platforms in scientific settings.
• Ability to navigate and build trust in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
