This role reports to the Senior Director of Market Access Strategy and involves creating comprehensive market access strategies for various payer and customer segments, including commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and hospital systems.

The Director will develop strategies supporting product access, monitor the competitive landscape, and collaborate with internal teams to align market access initiatives with brand objectives. Responsibilities include launching new products, developing access journeys, managing insights-based tactical plans, and supporting multichannel marketing efforts.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of pharma experience with 3+ years in market access. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, product launch experience, and expertise in US healthcare policies and specialty product access.
