As Intercept continues to build its position as the leader in rare and serious liver disease, we are seeking a Director of Market Access & Reimbursement for the West Region. The Director, Market Access & Reimbursement (ARD), is responsible for developing a reimbursement and access team strategy, creating tactics to remove access barriers to OCALIVA for appropriate patients, while optimizing conversions and adherence. The position reports to the Vice President, U.S. Market Access.
The Director, Access and Reimbursement will have direct supervisory responsibility for a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (a blended team of Intercept and Syneos FRMs), and work with the Director, Access & Reimbursement for the East Region to build out the market access and reimbursement strategy and be responsible for translating that strategy at the team level. The ARD will be responsible for the development of tactical activities, while training, coaching and maintaining a cohesive and effective team of Field Reimbursement Managers.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $230,000 to $270,000. This represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skillset, and performance.
