A leading precision medicine solutions company is seeking a Director of Market Access. This role involves working with state Medicaid and regional payers to maximize access to CareDx products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills along with a background in market access and payer contracting. The position is remote and offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $162,000 to $210,000.

The Director, Market Access will have direct responsibility for working with state Medicaid's and regional commercial payers to establish medical policy, in-network status, and reimbursement to maximize access of CareDx products for patients and providers. This position is key to establishing and maintaining dedicated partnerships with critical state Medicaid's and regional payers across the U.S. The role requires frequent interactions with senior level medical directors, state Medicaid medical directors, policy makers and their staff, as well as the CareDx team, for which exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. The Director will also play a crucial role in developing tailored payer value messages and materials relevant to the Medicaid payer stakeholder, as well as working with CareDx Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs.

The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $162,000 to $210,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job and within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
