  • Build and enhance differentiated Market Access Analytics offerings, frameworks, and accelerators.
  • Partner with consulting, data science, AI, engineering, and product teams to develop scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI across access, pricing, contracting, and reimbursement use cases.
  • Represent Axtria through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums.
Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
  • Provide executive oversight for strategic client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Guide teams on problem structuring, analytical approaches, and executive recommendations.
  • Manage engagement economics, stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and resource planning.
  • Expand client relationships by identifying follow-on opportunities and additional value creation.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting and analytics teams.
  • Strengthen Market Access expertise, delivery excellence, and leadership capabilities across the practice.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align capabilities, resources, and go-to-market priorities.
Business Growth & Client Development
  • Drive growth of Axtria's Market Access Analytics business across pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Trade, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, and Analytics.
  • Lead business development efforts including opportunity identification, solutioning, proposals, commercial negotiations, and executive presentations.
  • Own revenue growth, account expansion, pipeline development, and client retention.
Required Qualifications:
