Job summary

Ladders seeks a Director, Manufacturing to provide enterprise-level leadership for manufacturing performance across multiple sites, emphasizing consistency, productivity, and capacity planning. The role partners with plant leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to remove constraints, strengthen execution, and improve throughput while scaling operations into new regions to support growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, capacity planning, and throughput optimization.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams through influence.
• Experience at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and construction.
• Background in mechanical fabrication or modular construction is preferred.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will provide enterprise-level leadership for manufacturing performance across a multi-site operation, with a strong focus on consistency, productivity, and capacity planning. The Director will partner closely with plant leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders to remove constraints, strengthen execution, and improve throughput. This position also plays a key role in scaling manufacturing operations into new regions to support ongoing project demand and business growth.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $143,500 – $208,075 annually
