**Responsibilities**
Oversees the administration and optimization of the Managed Care contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, ensuring operational efficiency, process integrity and business alignment. Supports system-wide strategic planning and governance to drive execution of managed care initiatives and operational performance.
+ Manage CLM system administration and daily operations, driving reliability, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
+ Designs, configures, and reviews CLM system solutions to uphold quality and compliance with standards.
+ Leads requirements gathering, translating business needs into system specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Serves as the primary liaison for vendor management, overseeing performance and service-level agreements.
+ Oversee system roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements to support evolving operational needs.
+ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures supporting the contract lifecycle management governance model.
+ Develop and manage system training programs to promote user adoption and improve functional proficiency across teams.
+ Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align system functionality with managed care operations, reporting, and compliance needs.
+ Analyzes and interprets system-wide analytical information and provides system and local level leadership with insightful observations and action plans to address trends.
+ Develops and implements strategic and operational goals and objectives. Ensures policies and procedures are current and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, clarify scope of work, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Communicate operational updates and key initiatives.
+ Drive issue resolution by proactively identifying and mitigating risks that may impact success in the assigned area.
+ Reinforces the preparation and development process of presentations, financial reports, and operational metrics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
+ Maintains up-to-date knowledge of CLM best practices, industry changes and managed care requirements by actively engaging in professional development and educational opportunities.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
